We are looking for a Business / Solutions Architect to join our team focused on developing custom software solutions for the public sector, mutual societies, subsistence funds and social secretariats.

Trends and interests

You will help further develop sector knowledge within the social secretariats domain by following up on trends and interest.

Build and maintain

You build and maintain relationships within this domain of social secretariats.

Part of the team

You are part of the program team: the project manager, program manager, lead architect and developers are your colleagues.

Eagle eyes

You also have an eye for unspoken needs or possible improvements where we can offer a solution with our expertise and experience. You spot new business opportunities.

Agile

You work in an Agile environment.

Analysis

You are able and willing to take part of the functional analysis together with other analysts and the development teams.

Contact person

In the team, you are the contact person for monitoring the product vision. Functional questions come to you as the point of contact for the development team: you provide input on business processes.

Hard skills

You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of social secretariats (plus, but should not deter).
You have experience in outlining a product vision and corresponding roadmap.
You have a very clear understanding of the business needs of these sectors.
You represent the customer's product owner within the program.
You think about the vision and the future of our solutions.
You inspire and guide other analysts and you can quickly form a helicopter view.
With your critical eye you are able to conceptualize and propose things.
You speak fluent Dutch and preferably also French, but this is not a requirement.
You will work at our client location in Leuven (near the station) in combination with working from home or from an ACA office.

Soft skills

You can have difficult conversations with clients and build trust because you speak from your industry expertise.
You want to immerse yourself in the full chain of software development.
Knowledge sharing, eagerness to learn, drive and flexibility are part of your DNA.
