The result

Attentia successfully launched its new corporate website and brings its fragmented online presence together into one platform. The new website supports branding, improves SEO, simplifies the customer experience, and increases conversion rates. It functions as a knowledge hub, providing customers with all the information they need.

Challenge

A fragmented online presence

“When I joined Attentia in September 2022, the company’s structure and online presence were highly fragmented, with separate websites for different target groups and business entities”, says Steve De Veirman, Manager Marketing, Communications & Digital at Attentia. “Additionally, these websites were built on outdated Drupal and WordPress platforms, leading to a clunky customer journey and considerable confusion for our visitors. We knew change was necessary.

New #OneAttentia strategy, new website

At the heart of the #OneAttentia strategy is the customer. “We wanted to create a seamless customer journey for all clients, regardless of their organization’s size”, Steve explains.

The development of a new website was more than a technical update—it was part of a broader transformation. “The need for a new corporate website emerged in 2021, but as the organization evolved, it took time to chart a clear direction.”

The focus was on crafting a customer-centric experience, independent of Attentia’s internal structure. “The website couldn’t simply mirror our organization. It had to align directly with the questions and needs of our customers and prospects. Clients don’t differentiate between a small or large business; they just want solutions. This required a new organizational model, which the website needed to reflect.”

Consequently, the new website had to combine technological and strategic advancements to support the #OneAttentia vision.

Solution

A flexible and future-proof website in DatoCMS

Attentia selected ACA Group after a thorough evaluation. “ACA offered the perfect blend of price, flexibility, and technical expertise”, says Steve.

The website was built using DatoCMS and Netlify, allowing Attentia to easily manage content while strengthening its online presence. ACA developed custom features, such as an office locator and dynamic content management system, integrated with job and training pages.

“This solution delivers maximum efficiency. With reusable templates and components, our marketers can quickly create new pages and content without needing technical skills,” Steve adds.

We wanted a website that not only looked great but also presented our services clearly and simply to visitors. ACA Group understood this perfectly and delivered a solution that enables us to add content quickly and efficiently without reinventing the wheel.

Flexibility and agility as the keys to success

The project followed an agile methodology, with Attentia’s small internal team—a digital marketer and a business analyst—working closely with ACA in weekly demo sessions and production tests.

“From the time I joined in September 2022, ACA demonstrated great flexibility and understanding of our evolving needs”, says Steve.

Despite budgetary constraints, ACA remained a dependable partner. “They took responsibility, adjusted costs, and consistently delivered quality. Their flexibility, creativity, and willingness to think along were invaluable”, he adds.

One unified #OneAttentia website

On December 12, 2023, Attentia successfully launched its new corporate website. “The site is not just our calling card; it also reflects our new organizational model”, Steve notes. “We’ve replaced a fragmented online presence with a unified experience that embodies the #OneAttentia vision.”

The impact has been evident in both branding and technical performance, including improved SEO, an optimized customer journey, and higher conversion rates. “The website now serves as a knowledge center for customers, providing all the information they need.”

Why ACA Group?

Steve highlights ACA Group’s unique value for this complex project. “We needed more than technical expertise; we needed a partner who understood our organizational complexity. ACA asked the right questions and guided us through every phase of the process.”

“Their adaptability was particularly impressive”, he adds. “When adjustments were needed during the project, ACA scaled up and pivoted quickly. Their level of flexibility is unmatched.”

Looking ahead 🚀

With the new website in place, Attentia continues its digital transformation journey. “We aim to evolve the site into a portal where customers can log in for personalized information and services. This is just the beginning”, Steve concludes.

Thanks to its collaboration with ACA Group and the successful launch of the website, Attentia is well-positioned to realize its digital ambitions and serve its customers even better.
