ACA Group: awarded again as a Great Place To Work!

We are proud to announce that ACA Group has earned the coveted "Great Place to Work" label for the 2nd time in a row. This prestigious recognition is a testament to our exceptional work culture and the dedication of every team member.

This certificate is awarded on the basis of an internal survey and audit by the Great Place to Work Institute Belgium (an authority in the field of trusted and high-performing work cultures), together with Vlerick Business School. Unique to this research is that the evaluation by employees takes precedence. The final score is determined by the survey results of the company's own employees.

The next step is to find out whether the ACA Group has also been nominated as a “Best Workplace”, the next phase in the certification process.
