At ACA Group, we believe that sustainable innovation goes hand in hand with concrete actions. Back in 2021, we shared our ambition to have a fully electric car fleet by 2025. Today, we can proudly say: we made it 👏! Since May 2025, our entire fleet has been fully electric, with 177 EVs supporting our employees in their daily work.

From ambition to reality in 2025

Sustainability is part of ACA’s DNA. Our transition to a 100% electric fleet is not only a strategic decision for the environment, but also for our company and our people. By investing in electric vehicles, we reduce our ecological footprint and actively contribute to a greener future.

Our electric fleet brings multiple advantages:

The challenges along the way: learning and innovating

Since 2012, ACA has been building experience with electric cars: through a rotation system with a few EVs, colleagues were able to get acquainted with electric driving years ago. Several EV pioneers within the organization helped promote adoption by openly sharing their positive experiences.

Although range anxiety and adoption were therefore hardly an issue, monitoring charging costs remains a point of attention. Our fleet continues to grow and the charging solutions market evolves rapidly, which requires a structured approach and clear reporting.
